Meal Prep for 3/30-4/3

Hi everyone! 

Every (COVID-19) week you will find a simple easy to make, lower-cost, yet still delicious meal plan and grocery list posted here. 

These are made with the thought that you could cook once, and then have leftovers for lunch the next day. Or freeze it. It's up to you! The days are also flexible - you choose what you want to eat when! 

Every MONDAY at 6:30pm, we are going to do a group cooking class via Zoom together (link to join HERE). This week we will be making chicken stir-fry. Make sure you have the ingredients you need before-hand, and come ready to cook!
