Meet our Lead Dietitian:

Hi friends! My name is Rose and I am the Registered Dietitian (RD) here at FTR!

I really love food. Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite and I will say yes to anything involving pasta. I am a sucker for farmer’s markets, tacos of any variety, and I get genuinely excited about eating everydamnday.

Here at FTR, I am passionate about teaching people kitchen skills so that they can eat nourishing meals. I believe good nutrition and a healthy relationship with food not only improves individual health and well-being but also builds connection and promotes positive mental health among communities.

When I'm not in the FTR kitchen, you might find me in mountains hiking or camping, or traveling to other parts of beautiful Utah. I'm thrilled to be part of the FTR community helping support folks in recovery through food and nutrition! Thanks for being here!
